Event Series section is bugged
I am trying to work on my series section but I can’t do anything, it’s basically unusable: -It’s impossible to modify the status of a series -It’s impossible to delete a serie -It’s impossible to add events to a serie The underlying error seems to be a 403 which does not make sense since I am the one who created the series in the first place
Player Registration will not load
There is an error when I try to view player registration and decklists and there does not seem to be a way to fix it.
event description date can be off by 1
I created an event in eventlink that is set for Tuesday Dec 30th at 5pm (PST), but the website description that is apparently shown by discord embeds/previews says the event is happening the day after, on Dec 31. I am guessing this is because the description is being adjusted for the server’s time zone (GMT) instead of showing the date using the time zone from the event itself. Tournaments Not Shown on phone
observed behavior Error message is shown while being logged in and loading current tournaments. Expected behavior Tournaments are shown and can be accessed Big shown on iPhone XS in Firefox and Safari.
Event Site not working properly
If I try to access the Event Site an Error message pops up, with no way to interact with it further. This only happens on PC.

My Organisation disappeared?
I cannot acces my organisation “PreModern Cologne” anymore in the admin panel. Events for it still exist. For example https://www.spicerack.gg/events/2422136 This happened after I tried to add two users as staff members
Discord invite broken
The link “support” in the admin panel links to https://discord.gg/cA9ExSF3TC, which says it is invalid.
Deleting templates
According to the docs, I can delete a template. I cannot see a “delete” button though? https://docs.spicerack.gg/events/event-templates#deleting-templates
App hanging
During my first test event, I noticed the app hanging like this multiple times. Is this expected when the event is not public? I guess it became better when it was set to public. Also, It sometimes took a while for the result from the app to reach the admin dashboard. App said “reported”, but not even refreshing the dashboard helped. It showed after a few minutes though.
unable to publish manually paired round
When you pair a round automatically, the top right button changes to “publish” that round’s pairings. You can break pairings and create pairings without affecting this. However, if you choose to delete all pairings for a round in order to pair it fully manually, the button changes back to "pair” the round, making it impossible to “publish”
player meeting table assignments
in a Commander event, a player meeting was used, but only two players were assigned to each table number. When creating pods, up to four players are assigned to each table number. This isn’t generally suitable because it means the players meeting will take twice as much space as actual play, unless table numbers are rearranged after the players meeting but before play.
strange pairings with 9 players
A 9 player event was paired as pod of 4, pod of 3, bye, bye. We believe that two pods of 4 and one bye is a better option.
creating events from templates
When creating events, you have to go to the "templates" tab in order to see templates in the create event modal
Cannot delete events
Selecting an event (or multiple) and clicking Actions>Delete selected events does not seem to do anything.
Leaderboard Not Updating
I added Leaderboard rules to my event, that event has finished, and no players are listed on my leaderboard.
