Event Series section is bugged

I am trying to work on my series section but I can’t do anything, it’s basically unusable:
-It’s impossible to modify the status of a series

-It’s impossible to delete a serie

-It’s impossible to add events to a serie

The underlying error seems to be a 403 which does not make sense since I am the one who created the series in the first place
